What should I eat before & after working out to maximize the effects of the workout? - before

I work every morning for an hour. I often have a bowl of cereal or something for breakfast before work, eat, and then work, then do not eat again until lunch. Is it better to eat before and after training, and if so, what should I eat?

Depends on what your main goal. If you lose the weight you lose ...

Drink before you burn juice, fat ... then fruit and vegetables and simple carbohydrates to burn fat.

If you develop your muscles .....

Eat simple starches, rice, oats, beans and potatoes muscle during exercise ... and lean meat and vegetables for the repair of muscles.

Always include carbohydrates and lean meat in some capacity and / or quantity, because it is a cornerstone for waste disposal and energy to burn. \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\

You should take a source of protein after a workout, what do I do a protein shake after my 30 minutes circuit training.
